PURPOSE
The purpose of the Personnel Committee is to assist the board in overseeing of the current staff and maintaining legal requirements. This committee is designed to bring recommendations to the board regarding any personnel issues that arise. Unless otherwise authorized by the Board, the Personnel Committee shall have no power to act on behalf of the Board, but shall present its recommendations to the Board for action.
